Stacey Sonne is a long-time Bend resident with over two decades of experience across the housing industry, including interior design, residential remodeling, custom home construction, and real estate investment. Her background gives clients a deeper understanding of properties beyond surface-level features, helping them make confident, informed decisions whether buying, selling, or investing.

Stacey specializes in guiding clients through complex transactions, including pre-purchase strategy, renovation feasibility, zoning considerations, and owner’s-representative project management for clients who are out of town during construction or remodeling. Known for her attention to detail and strong communication, she is frequently trusted to oversee projects from start to finish while protecting her clients’ time, budget, and long-term goals.

Outside of real estate, Stacey is married and the mother of three children, ages 22, 20, and 13. She lives on a 40-acre ranch in Central Oregon, where she enjoys caring for cattle and horses and balancing ranch life with her professional work. Stacey often jokes that her days involve switching between work boots and high heels — a balance that reflects her hands-on approach, strong work ethic, and ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.
